How does this work?
We start with a free 15-minute call to get the basics of your business and see whether the full assessment makes sense. There is no report at this stage, but we will give you one solution that you can implement. If you want to go deeper, we book a 45-minute Deep Dive Strategy Session, followed by a custom Implementation Report and a 45-minute Strategy Review Call.
How long will the report take to come through after the full assessment?
Typically within two weeks of the Deep Dive Strategy Session. For more complex businesses it can take a week or so longer.
Do we have to use you to implement the suggestions outlined in the report?
No. You are welcome to take the report to your team and implement it yourselves. If you would like hands-on help, that is the AI Concierge, which is $1,500/month on a 3-month retainer. Your $997 Assessment fee is credited toward the Concierge.
What is the refund policy?
Due to the nature of the project and the time involved in generating the report we are unable to offer a refund. However, we are happy to clarify any aspect of the report that you don't feel is covered in the debrief call.
